Late one night, a flood erupted into the candidate barracks, and with water comes great schlippery responsibilities! Schlippy and Schloopy decided it was up to them to make sure Western's next batch of candidates had everything clean and in order. Including the very rude one eyed eels that wouldn't reply to their charm and witty dialogue.
